How to Track Your Kaufpedia Order?

You can check the delivery status of your order on Kaufpedia.ch. If the seller added tracking information, you can check when your order should arrive.

To track your purchase:

  1. Sign in to kaufpedia.ch and go to Your account.
  2. Go to Orders.
  3. Find your order.
  4. You’ll see the delivery status there and the tracking number (if provided by the seller) at the bottom of your order:
  • Processing - The seller hasn’t dispatched the order yet or didn’t update the order on Kaufpedia. You can contact the seller from the Seller's profile page to check in on the order status.
  • Processing - The seller marked the order as processing/shipped or the order has been received. You can track your order if you have a tracking number. This number will appear at the bottom of the items on the order page.
  • Awaiting Payment - If you choose Bank Transfer/Prepayment. You will receive an email from us with all our bank details and transfer the amount to our account in advance. We will be processing your order immediately after we receive the payment.
  • Completed - Once you confirm that you have received your items, the status will be changed to complete. If you don't confirm, the status will be automatically changed to complete after 7 days.
  • Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’ll see the Tracking number and tracking URL at the bottom of the order.

Why wasn't tracking information provided for my order?
